Office Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Office Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance operations for production lines and facility assets within a food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting the plant’s growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day maintenance activities for production lines and plant assets.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance and technical teams.
• Control maintenance budgets, inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and related expenses.
• Establish and uphold maintenance, safety, quality, and food‑safety standards.
• Support capacity expansion, equipment upgrades, and new project roll‑outs.
• Coordinate with external inspectors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor equipment performance, line efficiency, labor costs, and maintenance KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with all maintenance procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of operations/maintenance management experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability concepts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and relocate if needed.

Required skills

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong spreadsheet and data‑management capabilities.
