Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our Yangon office. You will work directly with clients to translate business needs into Odoo configurations and ensure successful ERP deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and analyse client processes.
• Map business processes to appropriate Odoo modules and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure, test and validate Odoo functional setups.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customisations and integrations.
• Deliver user training, support go‑live activities and provide post‑implementation functional support.
• Troubleshoot issues, maintain clear project documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to understand and model client requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
• Solid knowledge of business workflows, especially finance processes such as invoicing, general ledger, budgeting and reporting.
• Proven consulting experience with ERP implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yangon and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English and the local language; prior ERP implementation experience is a plus.
