Mid UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback and data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Design and develop mockups, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Ensure designs are accessible, intuitive and visually appealing.
• Participate in design sprints, brainstorming sessions and feedback reviews.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback, analytics and performance metrics.
• Create detailed design specifications and work closely with developers for seamless implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
