Mid-Level Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves translating requirements into functional and technical specifications and supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meetings, interviews, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional, technical specifications and user stories.
• Analyze existing processes, design optimized workflows, and create process flow diagrams.
• Prepare documentation such as BRDs, FRS, SRS, use cases, and wireframes.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams and support project planning, estimation, and scope management.
• Assist in change request management, impact analysis, and participate in User Acceptance Testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with software development, ERP, CRM, digital transformation or SaaS projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, multitask and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Visio, Draw.io, Jira, Trello and basic knowledge of Figma.
