MEP Supervisor – General Administration

About the role

The MEP Supervisor will lead the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across the bank's head office and branch facilities. This position ensures reliable power, lighting, lifts, generators, pumps and fire protection services while coordinating internal staff and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance for all MEP assets according to official checklists.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution, lighting, sockets, mechanical pumps, motors and plumbing networks.
• Supervise M&E Technical Assistants and oversee routine and emergency work.
• Monitor and manage external contractors (e.g., lift, fire alarm, transformer services) to ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards.
• Test standby generators daily and guarantee automatic start‑up during power outages.
• Record parameters from main panels, transformers and other critical equipment, and maintain accurate logbooks.
• Ensure plant rooms (generator, lift, pump, panel rooms) remain clean and operational.
• Enforce electrical safety procedures, including Lockout‑Tagout (LOTO) protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience maintaining MEP systems in commercial or industrial environments.
• Proven knowledge of generators, HVAC basics, lift and fire alarm systems.
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) is highly preferred.
