MEP Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an MEP Engineer to lead the planning, scheduling and execution of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works across a range of construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with architects and on‑site teams to ensure designs are implemented safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate assigned engineering work and projects to meet agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate with architects to develop construction drawings.
• Perform quality assurance and monitor installation sequences on site.
• Propose cost‑effective solutions and value‑engineering alternatives.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other project issues.
• Review project specifications and drawings before site work begins.
• Ensure site safety rules are followed by all personnel.
• Prepare and review required tests, procedures and data sheets.
• Manage and control main water supply installation, water‑treatment plant construction, main sewer line and wastewater‑treatment plant works.
• Oversee low‑voltage and medium‑voltage construction, irrigation systems and low‑voltage substation projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing MEP engineering projects.
• Ability to work closely with architects and construction teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for technical challenges on site.
• Understanding of project specifications, drawings and safety regulations.
