Medical Affairs Executive

About the role

The Medical Affairs Executive will lead the creation of medical content across video and social media channels, while providing professional patient consultation and coordinating medical services. This role bridges medical expertise with marketing initiatives to support both local and international patient engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in video shooting for health talks, educational campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Write accurate and engaging medical content for Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Generate creative medical video scripts for TikTok and YouTube.
• Supervise graphic design to ensure medical accuracy and brand consistency.
• Plan monthly social media content calendars and schedule posts aligned with marketing strategy.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Messenger, phone, and digital channels.
• Provide professional patient consultation regarding treatment options, procedures, and hospital coordination.
• Plan and execute Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and medical events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (M.B., B.S.).
• Experience in medical affairs, healthcare marketing, or medical tourism is preferred.
• Strong medical writing and communication skills in Myanmar and English.
• Confident public speaking and video presentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with professional ethics.
