Marketing Manager – Growth, Performance & User Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to own the growth, performance and user‑acquisition strategy for our English‑learning mobile app. You will shape and execute campaigns that attract new learners, nurture engagement and convert them into paying subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans, defining target audiences, messaging and channel mix.
• Manage performance‑marketing campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads and other platforms, optimizing CAC, ROAS and subscription metrics.
• Lead content creation for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and short‑form video, collaborating with designers and influencers.
• Analyze data using Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager and spreadsheets; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with product and tech teams to improve the acquisition funnel and allocate budget efficiently.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing, preferably with mobile apps, EdTech or SaaS subscription products.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end campaigns and achieve measurable results.
• Strong project‑management and communication skills in both Burmese and English.
