Marketing Manager – Growth, Performance & User Acquisition

About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead growth, performance and user acquisition for our mobile apps, subscription and consumer digital products. The role combines strategic planning, performance marketing and content creation to turn users into paying subscribers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans for digital products.
- Define target audiences, messaging, campaigns and promotional strategies across paid, social and partnership channels.
- Manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads and other platforms, monitoring CAC, ROAS and subscription metrics.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve the acquisition and subscription funnel.
- Design content strategies for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and produce short‑form videos, English‑learning tips and brand assets.
- Work with influencers, creators and designers to generate engaging content.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager and spreadsheets; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Use data‑driven insights to allocate budgets and refine campaign tactics.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in digital, growth, influencer or partnership marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with mobile apps, EdTech, SaaS, subscription or consumer digital products.
- Strong understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven ability to develop social media and content marketing strategies.
- Comfortable analysing marketing data, spreadsheets and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication in Burmese and English, with solid project‑management skills.

What we offer
- Salary up to 2,500,000 MMK per month (based on experience).
- On‑site office in Olympic Tower, Pabedan with one hybrid WFH day per week.
- Standard working hours 9 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday; weekends off.
