Marketing Manager – Growth, Performance & User Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager focused on growth, performance and user acquisition to lead the marketing strategy for our digital products. The role combines data‑driven performance marketing with creative content and partnership initiatives to turn users into paying subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans, defining target audiences, messaging and promotional tactics.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads and other platforms, monitoring CAC, ROAS and subscription metrics.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve the acquisition and conversion funnel.
• Design and implement content strategies for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and short‑form video, working with creators and influencers.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager and spreadsheets, producing weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing, preferably with mobile apps, EdTech, SaaS or subscription products.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse data and optimise campaigns for acquisition and revenue.
• Strong communication skills in Burmese and English, with the capacity to work independently and own results.

What we offer

• Salary up to 2,500,000 MMK (based on experience)
• On‑site work at Olympic Tower, Pabedan with one remote day per week
• Standard working hours 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday
