Marketing Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Marketing Executive position is based in Yangon. You will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, support brand‑building initiatives and coordinate promotional activities across both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns to promote the institution’s programs.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, competitor activity and learner needs.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and optimise campaigns based on results.
• Support sales and enrollment activities, including outreach to prospective learners.
• Assist in organising events, workshops and outreach programmes.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to create marketing materials.
• Maintain effective communication with prospective learners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in education or service‑oriented industries is advantageous.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and sales aptitude to engage prospective learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Yangon and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
