Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will join Aureum Palace Hotels and Resorts in Thar Yar Kone to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies that promote the property and its services. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, operations, and reservations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate sales and promotional activities, including lead generation and campaign support.
• Manage marketing materials, content creation, and both digital and offline initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong ability to support campaign design and implementation.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Burmese or other languages is a plus.
