Marketing Activation Team Leader

About the role

The Team Leader – Field Activation plans and allocates daily work for area team members, ensuring activation activities are executed effectively under the guidance of the Area Field Activation Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed work plans and allocate activities to area team members.
• Implement all assigned activation activities according to AFAM guidance.
• Supervise relevant area team members and monitor their daily field activities.
• Monitor and control expenses related to assigned field activities.
• Ensure field activities meet required standards and timelines.
• Report activity progress, issues, and field feedback to the AFAM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG, Field Marketing, Activation, Merchandising, or related areas.
• Experience supervising or coordinating field teams is preferred.
• Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a field‑based environment.
• Good understanding of activation and consumer engagement activities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
