Market Planning & Leasing Junior Executive

About the role

As a Market Planning & Leasing Junior Executive you will support KFC Myanmar’s expansion by identifying new restaurant sites, conducting market research and coordinating leasing activities to secure strategic locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions required to support leasing and site development activities.
• Collect and process all documentation needed for contracts and agreements.
• Review agreements and government‑related documents for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor timely processing of stamps, tax registrations, licences, permits and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market surveys for potential sites, including traffic analysis, demographic assessment and spending behaviour.
• Gather and analyse competitor information, market updates and trade‑area developments.
• Coordinate negotiations with landlords, property owners and developers.
• Liaise with Finance, Development, Marketing and Operations to support site acquisition and project implementation.
• Maintain accurate records related to site development, leasing and regulatory matters.
• Ensure tasks are completed within established timelines and company requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
