Manager, Talent & Organizational Development

About the role

The Manager, Talent & Organizational Development will design and execute strategies that build the organisation’s capability, enhance employee performance and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline. Reporting to the Director of HR & Admin, the role partners with business leaders to align talent initiatives with current and future business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a talent management strategy that supports business objectives.
• Identify current and future talent needs in collaboration with business leaders.
• Create and maintain succession plans and pipelines for critical and specialist roles.
• Design competency frameworks and embed them in recruitment, performance management and career development processes.
• Lead the performance management system, including KPI setting, performance evaluation and calibration.
• Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions on a regular basis.
• Drive culture and values initiatives, using engagement survey results to shape employee‑engagement programs.
• Promote internal mobility, internal hiring and retention actions for flight‑risk talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent management, succession planning, performance management or organisational development.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering talent and development strategies aligned to business goals.
• Hands‑on experience with competency frameworks, individual development plans, KPI/goal setting and performance calibration.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities, capable of partnering with senior leaders and managers.
