Management Associate – Treasury Division

About the role

The Management Associate will support the Treasury Division by overseeing Nostro accounts, funding activities, and foreign currency assets. This role involves preparing accurate reports, coordinating with finance and other departments, and contributing to treasury projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support management and monitoring of Nostro accounts and funding activities.
• Supervise and monitor foreign currency (FCY) assets.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports for management review.
• Coordinate and liaise with Finance and other relevant departments.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from related departments.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Calculate the bank's FCY Nostro assets and generate related reports.
• Support treasury‑related projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration from a foreign university.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA are an advantage.
• Relevant banking industry experience is essential.
• Experience in Treasury Operations, FCY Operations, Asset & Liability Management, or Middle Office functions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury products, and financial markets.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Myanmar language required.
