About the role
The Leasing Executive is responsible for marketing and promoting available retail, commercial, or residential units, and managing the entire leasing process from prospecting to contract finalisation.
Key responsibilities
- Market and promote available retail, commercial, or residential units through networking, site visits, and lead generation.
- Identify and approach potential tenants, conduct property tours, and present leasing options tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare, process, and obtain approvals for leasing documentation, agreements, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize leases and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, and tenant databases, and monitor expirations to support renewals and amendments.
