Learning & Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Associate to support the design, delivery and administration of training programmes across the organisation. The role will ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives and maintain accurate records of employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions by arranging venues, equipment, materials, attendance records and training reports.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning platforms, including course assignment and content upload.
• Track employees’ learning progress and completion status.
• Process training‑related payments, contracts and purchase requests.
• Promote learning activities through internal communication channels.
• Maintain accurate training documentation, reports and databases.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting person.

Required profile

• Any graduate.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
