About the role

The Controlling Expert will be responsible for preparing and analysing monthly controlling reports, supporting the annual and mid‑term business planning process, and ensuring accurate financial closing and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and the MVM Group.

Key responsibilities

• Compile monthly controlling reports, including numerical data and textual evaluation.
• Prepare the company’s annual and mid‑term business plan and participate in related consultations.
• Record plan and actual data in the TM1/PA system.
• Actively contribute to the preparation of business cases for projects.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing tasks and assist in the preparation of the annual report.
• Draft proposals and regulations related to the controlling area.
• Create and maintain SAP CO objects, perform monthly closing activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date registers and provide required data deliveries.
• Collect, analyse, and document data for reporting purposes.
• Maintain and update controlling‑related policies and liaise with relevant departments.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Current accounting knowledge and familiarity with sector regulations.
• Strong communication, organisational, problem‑solving and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Precision, flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• SAP CO and FI modules.
• TM1/PA system.
