Key Account Specialist

About the role

The Key Account Specialist will act as the primary liaison between our partner sales teams and internal operations, ensuring seamless daily B2C sales processes. This role focuses on monitoring performance, analysing data, and supporting revenue targets within the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily B2C sales operations with partner sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue achievement, customer base, and churn.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales and performance reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and partners.
• Track operational issues and follow up for timely resolution.
• Support the achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Sales Operations, or a related field.
• Strong reporting and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
• Target‑driven mindset comfortable working with numbers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with partner sales teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the telecom industry is mandatory.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts).
