Junior Sales & Marketing

About the role

New Vision Art & Science Institute is seeking an energetic Junior Sales & Marketing team member to support student recruitment, program promotion and customer communication. The role combines sales, customer service, digital marketing and data tracking, offering a hands‑on learning environment for a recent graduate.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, phone, email and walk‑in, explain courses, fees and registration procedures, and follow up leads to convert them into enrollments.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, create social‑media posts, support Meta advertising and monitor basic performance metrics.
• Maintain lead records in spreadsheets or CRM, track inquiry‑to‑enrollment stages and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Institute Manager, academic staff, designers and administration to gather content, coordinate registrations and provide feedback on student demand.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Myanmar and good working English.
• Motivation to work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback and work both independently and within a team.

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms, Calendar)
• Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger
• Meta Business Suite and basic Facebook/Instagram Insights
• Basic digital advertising and social‑media marketing knowledge
• CRM or lead‑management tools (experience preferred)
• Canva or similar content‑creation tools
• Project‑management tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com
• AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research and content ideas
