IT Account Manager (Key Account)

About the role

The IT Account Manager will be the primary liaison between our technology solutions firm and existing B2B clients. You will build long‑term, high‑trust relationships, understand client business objectives, and align them with our IT services and cloud solutions to maximise retention and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted IT advisor, holding regular check‑ins to monitor service satisfaction and evolving technology needs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and cross‑sell services such as cybersecurity, cloud modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and managed services.
• Lead contract renewal negotiations, manage pricing and service‑level updates to ensure high client retention.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key decision‑makers to present performance metrics, review security posture, and plan future IT roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams (System Administrators, Network Engineers, Support Leads) to ensure smooth service delivery and prompt escalation handling.
• Proactively address client concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain high Client Lifetime Value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years proven experience in B2B IT Account Management, tech sales or client success within an MSP environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving mindset and ability to articulate technical solutions to C‑level executives.
