IT Account Manager

About the role

The IT Account Manager will be the primary liaison between our technology solutions firm and its B2B clients. You will build trusted relationships, understand client objectives, and align them with our IT services and cloud solutions to drive retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted IT advisor, conducting regular check‑ins to monitor service satisfaction and evolving technology needs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and cross‑sell services such as cybersecurity, cloud modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and managed services.
• Lead contract renewal negotiations, manage pricing and service‑level updates, and ensure high client retention.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key decision‑makers to present performance metrics, security posture, and future IT roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams (system administrators, network engineers, support leads) to ensure smooth delivery and timely escalation handling.
• Proactively address client concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain high Client Lifetime Value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven B2B IT account management, tech sales, or client success experience within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and ability to convey technical solutions to C‑level executives.
