Internal Audit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead our internal audit function. The role involves designing audit strategies, evaluating controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual audit plans based on risk assessments.
• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess internal controls.
• Ensure audit activities follow internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify key risks and control weaknesses across business processes.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports for senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal audit team.
• Provide training on audit methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
