Integrated Marketing Communications Executive

About the role

The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Executive will plan, execute, and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. This role collaborates closely with sales, business development, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and manage content for social media, website, email, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Manage social media calendars, posting, engagement, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor and maintain CRM data, marketing leads, customer engagement, and campaign activities.
• Coordinate marketing activities for exhibitions, seminars, corporate events, product launches, and other activations.
• Support PR activities, including press releases and media coordination.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Integrated Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, analytical, coordination, and project management abilities.
• Good command of English and Myanmar.
