Insurance Advisor – Life & Financial Planning

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial needs analysis and provide personalized recommendations.
• Educate clients on life insurance, savings, and financial protection solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including servicing and claims assistance.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age and high school graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, insurance or financial services is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in Myanmar and English is preferred.
