Institute Manager – Education Operations Lead

About the role

The Institute Manager will partner directly with the Founder to translate New Vision’s vision into actionable quarterly plans, measurable targets and daily execution across all departments. This senior position oversees administration, marketing, education consultation and technology teams while ensuring a seamless student journey from inquiry to university placement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor quarterly targets for enrollment, revenue, conversion rates, retention, marketing performance and program development.
• Lead cross‑functional teams by setting weekly priorities, assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Drive institute growth through program evaluation, new program creation, pricing adjustments and partnership development with schools and universities.
• Oversee the complete student lifecycle, including marketing campaigns, registration, fee collection, class scheduling, facilities management and service quality.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to enhance internal systems, dashboards, attendance tracking and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of management or operations experience, with at least 2 years leading teams.
• Experience in an education institute, training centre, EdTech or international education service is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Myanmar language and professional English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Forms).
• Experience with project‑ and task‑management tools such as Notion, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com or ClickUp.
• Ability to build KPI trackers, dashboards, budgets and management reports.
• Familiarity with CRM or student‑management systems and enrollment tracking.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook/Instagram analytics and AI productivity tools like ChatGPT.
