Ingénieur méthode – Production industrielle

About the role

We are looking for a Method Engineer to optimise manufacturing processes and support the industrialisation of new products within a global engineering group.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing manufacturing processes and define new production methods.
• Develop detailed manufacturing routings, operating procedures and workstation designs.
• Reduce production times and costs through continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
• Conduct time‑and‑motion studies and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in the industrialisation of new products and manage related projects.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in railway wiring or, alternatively, automotive or aerospace wiring.
• Strong knowledge of industrial techniques, manufacturing processes and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyse production data, calculate cycle times and manage industrial projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD/DAO tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks and CATIA.
• Experience using production management systems (ERP, GPAO).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen tools.
• Competence in data analysis and time‑and‑motion study methods.
