About the role
A hospital in Yangon undergoing transformation and organizational development is seeking a capable, hands‑on HR Manager to join its management team. This role offers the opportunity to build, improve, and transform HR systems within a growing healthcare organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HR operations, workforce planning and recruitment
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems and SOPs
- Drive performance management, staff development and employee engagement
- Strengthen organizational culture and HR practices
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven HR management experience; healthcare/hospital experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills
- Practical experience in developing and improving HR systems
