Human Resources Information System Analyst

About the role

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, support, and maintenance of the organization’s Human Resource Information System. The role ensures data accuracy, optimizes system performance, and enables HR functions through reporting and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the HRIS implementation process.
• Support upgrades, testing, and deployment of HRIS modules and drive continuous improvements.
• Gather system requirements from HR, collaborate on process enhancements, and implement solutions.
• Deliver user support, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot routine system issues.
• Liaise with IT or external vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
• Monitor daily HRIS usage, track functionality, and address user concerns.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal protection policies.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, and IT to maintain accurate data flow and integration.
• Perform regular data audits, quality checks, and input new employee data.
• Support recruitment, compensation, and benefit activities as assigned.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks and special assignments delegated by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HRIS or HR systems administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Hands‑on proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience generating and analyzing HR reports.
