Human Resources Executive (Recruitment)

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our head office and retail/showroom positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding.
• Prepare and post job vacancies on Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Viber and other channels.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Support recruitment activities for Head Office and Retail/Showroom positions and participate in job fairs and employer branding events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably end‑to‑end.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
