Human Resources Executive – Manufacturing Business

About the role

This position provides HR business partnering and end‑to‑end HR support for a manufacturing operation. The executive ensures that people, organization and HR practices are aligned with business and operational needs, driving a productive and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver practical HR solutions.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, define job requirements, select candidates and oversee onboarding.
• Monitor vacancies, manpower movement and highlight potential gaps or risks.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including payroll, attendance, leave, overtime and employee records.
• Handle employee‑relations matters and guide managers on workplace issues.
• Implement performance‑management processes and support employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver relevant training.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism and other people metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Administration or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence business leaders.
