Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will lead recruitment efforts and support daily HR operations. This position works closely with the HRD Manager to ensure effective talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding and exit.
• Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment databases in line with ISO standards.
• Administer HRMS and ensure accurate employee information and reporting.
• Conduct salary and market benchmarking and prepare reports for management.
• Organize employee engagement activities and company events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) with an HR diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with good command of Myanmar and English.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑taking and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
