Human Resources Director

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established beverage manufacturer in Myanmar that is entering a rapid growth and transformation phase. The company seeks a strategic Human Resources Director to design and embed the people foundations that will support its next stage of expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning, leadership development and performance management.
• Shape and strengthen organisational culture to align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations while driving large‑scale transformation initiatives and change‑management programmes.
• Provide senior stakeholder counsel, influencing leadership and regional partners on people strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits in line with local market practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with senior leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proven track record designing and executing talent management and organisational development frameworks.
• Experience supporting business transformation, scale‑up or change management initiatives.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English and Myanmar language with strong local market knowledge.
