Human Resources Assistant – Recruitment

About the role

Makro Myanmar is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator (Recruitment) to support recruitment for its stores. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in HR, eager to learn, and passionate about talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through social media and other no‑cost recruitment platforms to build an effective hiring pipeline.
• Manage and update recruitment reports, including vacancy details.
• Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding applications, interview processes, and selection outcomes.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Required profile

• At least 1 year experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a diploma/certificate in Human Resources Management.
• Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills, especially via social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
• Good communication skills in English.
