HR Officer (Welfare Team)

About the role

The HR Officer (Welfare Team) supports employee well‑being by managing travel, accommodation and other welfare services. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal departments and external providers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee welfare activities and respond to employee needs.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, including car booking and scheduling.
• Manage hotel reservations and accommodation for business trips.
• Organise travel logistics, covering both transportation and lodging.
• Maintain accurate booking records, travel schedules and related documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless arrangements.
• Prepare regular reports on welfare activities and travel expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding travel and accommodation.
• Perform additional HR welfare and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR welfare, administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
