About the role
The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions across the Sein Hinn Group, ensuring effective recruitment, payroll, training, and performance management while maintaining compliance with Myanmar labour laws.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, payroll and HR operations across the Group.
- Implement training programmes, competency assessments and succession planning.
- Manage KPIs, performance appraisals and promotions using fair, consistent criteria.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and ensure labour law compliance.
- Report regularly on workforce needs and HR performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong skills in recruitment, payroll, training and performance management.
- Knowledge of Myanmar labour laws and proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving ability, integrity, fairness and confidentiality.
