HR Executive (Employee Relations)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Executive specialized in Employee Relations to join our team in Sanchaung Township, Yangon. The role will focus on enhancing employee welfare, managing compensation and benefits, and handling grievances. You will also contribute to performance appraisal processes and ensure compliance with HR policies and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee welfare initiatives and corporate social responsibility activities.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and handle employee grievances.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct employee relations surveys and monitor key skill areas.
• Perform performance appraisal analysis and KPI evaluation.
• Assist with HR policies and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (HR field preferred) with a Diploma in HRM/HRD.
• Minimum three years of experience in HR focusing on employee relations.
• Strong communication abilities and proficient computer skills.
• Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
