HR & Admin Manager (Full‑cycle Recruitment & Office Operations)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Manager to oversee the entire employee lifecycle and ensure smooth office operations at our Yangon office. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and daily administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: post jobs, headhunt, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Lead onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including orientations, exit interviews, and clearance.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, KPI tracking, and employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain HR records, contracts, and official letters.
• Process monthly payroll and PAYE tax filings accurately.
• Provide IT logistics support and oversee general office administration such as housekeeping, staff ferry, and vehicle maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing HR & Admin functions in an SME, preferably in services.
• Demonstrated employer branding and headhunting experience, especially in the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar labour law and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, multitasking ability, and discretion with confidential information.
