Head of Systems and Operations

About the role

The Head of Systems & Operations (HoSO) is a core member of the Country Management Team, responsible for leading and continuously improving procurement, logistics, finance, HR and administration functions to enable the Myanmar Country Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of all support functions and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Management of human resources, capacity development, finance, logistics and procurement.
• Oversee staff capacity building on systems and operations across departments.

Required profile

• Background in finance, operations or a combination of both with 3‑4 years of experience.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with diverse cultural groups.
• Ability to work independently, handle complex compliance agendas and take a proactive, flexible approach.

Required skills

• Analytical and systematic approach.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

What we offer

• Salary 3,250‑3,500 EUR super‑gross per month plus monthly subsistence allowance of 1,395 EUR.
