Head of Sales – B2C

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to accelerate growth and lead our B2C sales organization in Yangon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new sales strategies and growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to improve performance and exceed targets.
• Strengthen sales execution across multiple sales channels.
• Identify new market opportunities and turn them into measurable business results.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and other teams to maximize commercial results.
• Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Provide clear sales insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Marketing, or Business Leadership.
• Proven track record in consumer‑focused sales and revenue growth.
• Strong experience leading and developing large sales teams.
• Hands‑on leader with a target‑oriented mindset and strong commercial thinking.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, FMCG, retail, or other large‑scale consumer businesses is highly preferred.
