Head of PR & Brand

About the role

The Head of PR & Brand will lead the creation and execution of integrated public relations and brand strategies to boost visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement for both the agency and its clients. This full‑time remote position oversees press material production, media outreach, and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and evaluate PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Advise clients on communication, reputation management, and crisis response.
• Monitor media coverage and analyse performance data to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and community stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑profile PR, media, and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
• Advanced communication and strategic communications expertise, with the ability to craft clear narratives.
• Leadership experience in an agency or corporate communications setting, capable of guiding and developing a team.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret media metrics and campaign data.
• Professionalism and adaptability to work effectively in a remote, cross‑cultural environment.
