Head of Investments

About the role

The Head of Investments will lead the creation and management of a comprehensive asset register covering digital infrastructure, network assets, property‑related assets and lease rights. This senior position works closely with finance, legal and operational teams to maximise the value of the group’s infrastructure portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a complete asset register, classifying assets by ownership, utilisation, revenue potential, legal status, condition, location and strategic value.
• Develop and implement asset monetisation strategies such as leasing, co‑location, sharing, infrastructure SPVs, sale‑and‑lease‑back or joint‑venture models.
• Collaborate with finance to value assets, calculate returns and advise on capital allocation.
• Partner with legal to verify title, lease rights, permits, encumbrances and resolve documentation gaps.
• Set standards for preventive maintenance, lifecycle planning and asset performance reporting.
• Support business cases for data‑center, tower/pole leasing, fibre wholesale and property‑linked infrastructure opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in asset management, infrastructure asset management, telecom infrastructure, property asset management, facilities portfolio or real‑asset investment.
• Proven track record managing asset registers, valuation, leasing models, lifecycle cost analysis and utilisation improvement.
• Strong understanding of telecom, fibre, pole and network facilities is highly preferred.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and documentation skills.
