About the role
Lead the finance function for BRAC Myanmar, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for securing capital, overseeing financial management, treasury operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive debt fundraising and manage relationships with international lenders and local financial institutions.
- Lead financial management, budgeting, and business planning for the organization.
- Oversee accounting and ensure timely reporting in line with international and local standards.
- Manage the country treasury, cash projections, and investment activities.
- Support the CEO in preparing a sustainable business plan and facilitate due‑diligence for funding.
- Secure regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with funding regulations.

- Reports to the Managing Director.
