Group Sustainability Manager

About the role

The Group Sustainability Manager will support and implement Yoma Group’s sustainability and ESG strategy across its businesses. This role coordinates sustainability reporting, environmental performance monitoring, data management, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability initiatives across the Group’s entities.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s sustainability and ESG strategy across all entities.
• Develop and coordinate sustainability initiatives aligned with business objectives and sustainability priorities.
• Monitor progress against sustainability targets, commitments, and key performance indicators.
• Identify emerging sustainability trends, risks, opportunities, and relevant regulatory or reporting requirements.
• Lead preparation of the Group’s Sustainability Report in line with SGX requirements and relevant reporting standards.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, analyze, and maintain sustainability performance data from Group entities.
• Coordinate measurement and reporting of environmental data, including Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions.
• Establish and improve sustainability data collection, verification, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports, presentations, and performance updates for senior management and the Board.
• Lead environmental initiatives such as waste management, plastic reduction, resource and energy efficiency, GHG emissions reduction, recycling, circular economy, biodiversity, and climate awareness programs.
• Plan and coordinate Group‑wide sustainability campaigns, environmental awareness activities, volunteering programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
