Group Product Manager

About the role

Medizone Healthcare is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the strategy and performance of its pharmaceutical and nutraceutical portfolios in Myanmar. Based in Yangon, you will own end‑to‑end product management, from market analysis to lifecycle planning, ensuring revenue growth and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, positioning, and launch plans for assigned portfolios.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor product performance, forecast sales, and drive revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor product and brand teams, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with external partners, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to keep products competitive and compliant.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product strategy, portfolio planning, and lifecycle management within pharma, nutraceutical, or related healthcare sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Demonstrated team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Myanmar healthcare market and regulatory environment is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Yangon and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
