Financial Services Consultant (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

This part‑time Financial Services Consultant position is based in Yangon and follows a hybrid work model, combining on‑site client meetings with flexible remote work. You will help individuals and families understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate life‑insurance and savings solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess protection and savings needs.
• Prepare tailored proposals and support the application and policy‑servicing processes.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date on AIA Myanmar products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team training sessions and sales activities to meet individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of finance.
• Interest or experience in consulting and client‑needs assessment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset, high ethical standards, and commitment to long‑term relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and collaborate with the Yangon team.
• Preferable experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory.
• Relevant diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in local language(s) and working knowledge of English; basic digital literacy.
