Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will support the finance function by delivering cash flow and liquidity insights. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the role ensures accurate free cash flow reporting, forecasting and consolidation to help the business maintain strong liquidity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly Free Cash Flow reports, including latest estimates and annual plans.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers of cash movements and advise management.
• Consolidate entity‑level cash flows, perform inter‑company eliminations and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to validate data and maintain data integrity.
• Support short‑term cash forecasting and liquidity planning, reviewing rolling forecasts with cross‑functional partners.
• Monitor working capital components (receivables, payables, inventory) and propose optimisation actions.
• Ensure cash flow reporting complies with JTI accounting standards and regulatory requirements (MIC, DICA).
• Manage ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, consolidation or a similar finance function.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
