Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations within the telecommunications sector. The role involves overseeing budgeting, reporting, cash flow, taxation and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including cash flow, expenditures, receivables, payables and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, budget control and variance analysis for the company.
• Review financial statements, management reports, project costs and profitability.
• Monitor working capital, identify financial risks and coordinate audits and statutory requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, financial proposals, pricing and analysis for projects and tenders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Business Development, Operations and Technical teams on financial planning and cost analysis.
• Lead, develop and supervise the Finance team to ensure effective operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in telecommunications, with proven managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Odoo Accounting System and other ERP/accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
