Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting team at Ulink Assist Myanmar, a leading Third Party Administrator. The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Finance & Accounting team to ensure smooth, stable operations and compliance with industry standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage accounting, financial reporting, invoicing, and subsidiary reporting, and ensure timely preparation of financial statements, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, clients, brokers and partners on finance‑related matters, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, optimize working capital, and administer the annual budget and expenses.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning and provide analytical support for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, senior‑level experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with proficiency in English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in financial software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
